Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Classical and Jazz Saxophone, Classical and Jazz Piano, Folk Whistles (Beginner), Music Theory Grades 1-5 and up to GCSE level Maths.

Level 4 Diploma in Music Theory
(AMusTCL)
Straight A's at A-Level in Music, Maths and Chemistry
What kind of experience do you have?
I have tutored students of varied abilities and genres in practical music. This has involved helping students towards graded music, and towards shorter-term performances. I have tutored Classical, Jazz, Folk and Improvisational music. I have worked extensively with children
How much do you charge?
I charge £20 per hour, or £12 per 1/2 hour.
Where do you teach?
I teach at my home, in Michaelchurch, HR2
When are you available?
I am available to teach after school or work hours.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am willing to teach any age, but younger, beginner students are preferred.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare my students for Music Grades and. GCSE exams
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
I have a highest level fully enhanced CRB. This CRB was carried out with the specific purpose of working with disabled children and young adults
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
For GSCE Maths i am happy to tutor via Email or Skype. I am also available on either of these for questions from students on any musical subject.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I strongly believe that part of learning music should be to find the joy in your instrument, and the teaching should reflect this and help on the path to finding it. I also believe that listening to your pupil is as important as listening to the tutor. I would love to hear from any prospective students
