Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach clarinet, saxophone, piano, theory and aural, am based in London but will be in the Greater Manchester area during August- so keep reading for more information.
How much do you charge?
I charge £25 p/h plus travel expenses for longer journeys, and £20 for 40-45 mins.
For temporary summer holiday lessons in the Stockport/Greater Manchester area please send me an e-mail as my rates are different outside of London.
Where do you teach?
I usually teach at my home but can travel to students' homes in West/South West London.
During August I will be in my hometown of Stockport, so will be available to give temporary lessons to anyone who would like some extra private tuition during the school holidays. Lessons would usually be at my home in Hazel Grove where I have an excellent Yamaha piano, but please let me know if you would prefer lessons at your own home.
When are you available?
I have flexible times throughout the week in the daytime, evening or at weekends.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
All ages at any level welcome.
Do you have a CRB disclosure certificate?
Yes.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I a have a Bmus from the Royal College of Music and am currently studying there as a post-graduate. I have Grade 8 ABRSM Clarinet and Piano (Distinction)

Royal College of Music;
Chetham's School of Music.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience in Private, School and Music Centre Teaching
(Tiffin School, Kingston and Hackney Youth Orchestra Trust)
As well as educational workshops, community projects and music courses. As well as teaching I am a keen performer of solo, chamber and orchestral music.
Tell me about some of your current students.
I teach a a wide variety of students from beginner to advanced, ranging from infant school age children to mature students.

Whether you want to study for a music exam, get some extra help with some aural, have ambitions of becoming a professional musician or just want to have some fun we can work together to find the right approach to music making for you.
