- I currently teach approx 20 students of all abilities and some of my students have gone on to music college and play in many bands. I have a recording studio at home and offer all my students free recording facilities with their lessons (which can help with producing demos etc for entry to university or any auditions).
I specialise in teaching improvising and playing by ear and am happy to take any students through their grades if required. - Which subject(s) do you teach?

- I have 2 diplomas in Jazz and play sax for Madness.
- What kind of experience do you have?
- My most recent credits include Madness' The Liberty Of Norton Folgate (just gone gold), Franz Ferdinand and Frances' Very Own One Man Record Industry, Martin Rappeneaus L'Age d'Or. I have just returned from this years festival circuit with notable appearances at Glastonbury, Bestival, the Desert festival - Dubai, Sziget festival - Budapest, Guilfest, Athens, the O2 arena and many more. As an experienced stadium performer, I have appeared from Weston to Wembley and Glastonbury to Glasgow, and have toured extensively in home grown territories as well as in Europe, America and the Far East. Recent TV credits include Top of the Pops, Strictly Come Dancing, Children In Need, Jools Holland's Hootenanny and Al Murray's Happy Hour.
- How much do you charge?
- I charge £30/hour.
- Where do you teach?
- I teach mainly at my soundproofed studio at home in Ferring, but can travel to students' houses if requested. I will travel as far as Rustington and Littlehampton to Brighton, Hove, Shoreham and Lancing, West Sussex.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?
- I teach all levels and all ages. Using the revolutionary Trevor James Alphasax I can now teach students as young as 8.
- Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
- Yes.
- Do you belong to any professional organisations?
- Member of the Musicians Union, PAMRA and the PPL.
- Where and with whom did you train?
- I trained at Chichester College with Mr Bobby Wellins.
