Piano, Piano Accompaniment, Theory, Music GCSE.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have tutored & lectured in piano for the past 10 years on three different continents (North America, Asia, and Europe). During this time I have worked with pupils from many different cultural backgrounds, aged between 4-80, with skills ranging from novices to very advanced players. I completed my Associateship Teaching Diploma in 2004, from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
What kind of experience do you have?
Over 10 years of teaching experience.
Private and Group tuition.

How much do you charge?
My private piano tuition rates are £40/hour, 2nd hour is £20

Theory tutoring rate is £25/hour.
Where do you teach?
I teach at student's homes and also at a studio in Clerkenwell/Islington EC1.
(Bus 55, 243, & 205)
When are you available?
Monday - Friday: Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings.
Saturday and Sundays - limited availability.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
3.5 years old and above.

Complete beginners to very advanced players (children and adults).
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
ABRSM, Trinity College of Music/Guildhall Piano Exams, GCSE Music, London College of Music, Rudimentary Theory, and Advanced Harmony, Piano Accimpaniment.

Currently teaching pupils at Francis Holland Girl's School, St. Paul's Girls' School, and Westminster Boys.
Do you have a personal message for students?
My greatest responsibility as a teacher is making sure all my pupils know how to learn in the most effective and efficient way so they develop independent learning. I like to inspire my students with amusing phrases, memorable analogies, and creative ways to guide them throughout their homework so they all feel a sense of accomplishment every week.
