About Tom
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have worked for outreach projects in London and Salisbury - leading group musical sessions. I have experience in teaching privately - leading orchestral rehearsals in my school. I also toured children's hospitals in Colombia with Wind-Up Penguin Theatre Company.

- Where and with whom did you train?
I started learning the violin aged 9 with Angela Campbell in Forest Row, I went to Junior Guildhall to learn with Mark Knight when I was 15. I am now in my third year at Guildhall still learning with Mark Knight.

I am a violin, viola and composition tutor. I teach by the Colour String method for violin and viola. Composition method - exploring music from all areas of time and space.

- Tell me about your qualifications.
Grades 4-8 in Viola, 4-7 in Violin, Grade 5 theory, GCSE's - A* in Music (+others), A levels - A* in Music, Junior Guildhall - music scholar, Guildhall 3rd year - music scholar.
- How much do you charge?
Standard rate: £25. No fee for initial meeting. Possible extra fee for travel.
- Where do you teach?
I live in Holland Park, I teach at home and at students' homes. I am happy to travel to West - Central London.
- When are you available?
Most week days after 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday all day - however this is liable to change every week as most of my rehearsals don't have fixed times.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
Ages 6+. Beginners to Advanced.
