English (Language and Literature), Maths, History and Creative Writing.

Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a fully qualified Secondary English teacher with a B.A. in English Language and Literature from St. Catherine's College, Oxford University. I have As in A Level Maths and History.

What kind of experience do you have?
I have taught for seven years in secondary schools in Brighton, Liverpool and London. I have tutored students at A level, GCSE and KS3

How much do you charge?
£25 per hour.

Where do you teach?
I am based in Hackney, East London and can teach at home or at students' homes. No charge for travel for journeys under 30 minutes.

When are you available?

Which ages and levels do you teach?
10-adult

Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
Undergraduate degree in English or Creative Writing; A Level English (Literature or Language) and GCSE (or lower) English, Maths and History.

Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes.

Do you have a personal message for students?
I am an experienced professional and able to make learning accessible, enjoyable and break through barriers to understanding. I am fully trained in working with students with S.E.N and I am a professional poet with a specialism in teaching poetry and writing skills.
