Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach flute and recorder. I also have experience teaching beginner piano, saxophone and clarinet.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a degree in Music from the University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Royal Northern College of Music. I have played with several professional orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, BBC National Orchestra of Wales and Opera North.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have a lot of teaching experience, having taught within music services for 4 years and privately for 8.
How much do you charge?
I charge £15 for half an hours lesson and £25 for an hours lesson. I also offer 45 minute lessons at £20.
Where do you teach?
Lessons are held at my home in Huby which is between Harrogate and Leeds.
When are you available?
I am available to teach evenings and weekends.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and all levels!
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes, I have several!
Do you have a personal message for students?
I am an enthusiastic and experienced teacher. I love teaching and welcome pupils of all abilities.
