Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Religious Studies/Theology, Drama, English (Lit. and Lang.) , interview tuition (including Oxbridge) up to A Level. I teach my degree subject, Religious Studies, up to degree level.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I am a graduate of Cambridge University. I have 10 GCSEs: 7 at A*, 3 at A; 4 A-graded AS Levels, as well as three A-graded A Levels.
What kind of experience do you have?
Three years tutoring experience with various tutoring firms. I have taught students in preparation for exams, and also tutored personal statements and application exams.
How much do you charge?
My prices are up to £35/hour for up to A level (including entrance exam technique and Personal Statement Tuition.) I can provide correspondence tuition (e.g. over Skype, setting work via email) for a rate of £23/hour. Cut through the hassle of agencies - I answer directly to all enquiries and charge less than what you would pay through agencies.
Where do you teach?
I live in Islington, but get around all of London easily to tutor. I usually always tutor at the student's house.
When are you available?
All weekdays. Some Saturday/Sunday afternoons/evenings.

Yes.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I tutor online on Skype in three stages: 1) work is prepared by the student, following a preparatory email (e.g. a passage read); 2) this work is analysed in a 30 minute session with questions asked and answered and the passage clarified; 3) a follow-up 30 minute session is then conducted, allowing the student to improve knowledge of this given area.

Tell me about some of your current students.
I am currently teaching several students: Theology GCSE-A Level. The examination boards vary. They are all at different levels, and benefit from attention to detail and different methods of learning.
I have also just taught a crash course in Religious Studies to a boy called Michael.
I am currently engaging new students for the new year as well.
Do you have a personal message for students?
My methods are direct and adapted to whatever you find most difficult; whether that is memory, exam technique or essay structure. We will find a way to make fast progress together. I have over three years of tutoring experience, so you will be getting a tried and tested tutor.
