A lot of my guitar students are forming bands and writing original material and performing whenever the opportunity arises. One of my more advanced bass students has passed his Grade 8 London College of Music examination with distinction, he is now at University in Newcastle. There are also other students who are learning guitar in a fun and relaxed manner which helps build confidence too.
Do you have a personal message for students?
Try to set up a practise routine for yourself minimum 20 minutes a day, more if you have the time. Regular practise is the key to improving your musical skills.
