Teacher of violin, piano, music theory, chamber music, maths and Spanish. Check my website if you would like to see any other details such as music videos and full biography.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
Violin, music theory and chamber music are my main subjects but I also teach piano, maths and Spanish (As I am of Spanish-Irish nationality)
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a professional music degree from Bilbao (Spain) and I am currently in my 3rd year of a BMus degree at the Royal Academy of Music.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching music for the past 4 years and given lessons in Spanish and maths before that. All through private teaching.
How much do you charge?
Usually it is 30£/h if it is in my home, if I need to travel for the lessons 35£/h. For chamber music and group lessons it will depend on the number of pupils.
Where do you teach?
At home (Forest Hill) is often better for me, but I don't mind travelling to the pupil's home if necessary.
When are you available?
As I am a freelance musician my times vary, but this is an advantage as it means I can be very flexible. Weekends tends to be the favourite.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
From beginners to very advanced.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
No
Where and with whom did you train?
Royal Academy of Music
