Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Maths from age 11 to 16 (i.e. up to GCSE) plus refresher courses for adults.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a Cert.Ed. (1972) a B.A (1976) and an M.Ed.(1997).
How much do you charge?
The first (assessment) lesson/session is free, then I charge £20 per one-hour lesson for one-to-one tuition.
Where do you teach?
I teach at students' homes in Worthing, West Sussex.
When are you available?
I can tutor weekday mornings, afternoons or evenings (or indeed Saturday mornings), school termtime or holidays.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach mainly secondary-school age pupils from 11 up to GCSE but also some younger and some adult students.
Do you have a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
I have the Royal Gibraltar Police certificate which is equivalent to the British CRB.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I do not offer online tutoring as such though obviously email communications are occasionally included.
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
No.
