Oboe (all standards), Flute (up to Grade 5), Beginner Piano and Music Theory
Tell me about your qualifications.
Geography BA 2:1 Music MA (currently completing) LRAM teaching diploma
What kind of experience do you have?
I'm currently completing my MA at the Royal Academy of Music, whilst also freelancing in London and France as an orchestral and chamber musician. I teach privately and in an independent school in London with experience in teaching both adults and younger children.
How much do you charge?
Oboe £30.00/hr (45 minute lessons for £25 can be arranged for beginners) Flute £20.00/hr Music Theory £20.00/hr Piano 20.00/hr
Where do you teach?
I am happy to travel within Zone 1 and 2 in London to student houses, or lessons can be arranged at my flat in Kennington/Vauxhall- whatever is most suitable (Piano students must have a piano at home and have lessons at home)
When are you available?
Available during the week and weekend mornings
Which ages and levels do you teach?
All Levels- Oboe students from age 8 and Flute/Music Theory students from age 6
Beginner Piano up to Grade 5
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare students for ABRSM and Trinity/ Guildhall Exams and also any upcoming auditions or competitions
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?
Yes i have a current CRB check
