Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach classical and jazz Piano, Improvisation, Theory and Aural.
How much do you charge?
Lessons are £20 for half an hour, or £40 for an hour. Discounts are available for block bookings of lessons (payment in advance). Subsidies are available for students on low-income - please enquire for further details. I have also assisted pupils with scholarship and bursary applications for funding for lessons.
Where do you teach?
I teach from my home in East Dulwich. I currently do not travel.
When are you available?
I teach Mondays to Saturdays, from 9am - 9pm.

I teach children from primary school age, up to adults of all ages.

I am a fully qualified piano teacher with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
Where and with whom did you train?
Denise Patton, Professor at the Junior Department, Royal College of Music.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have 15 years' experience teaching all levels and styles of music. I have taught pupils to Diploma level. I also prepare students for music scholarships to local schools in Dulwich including JAGS and Alleyn's.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I am an experienced, patient and friendly teacher. I aim to make lessons informative, fun and relevant to your musical interests. I am happy for pupils to learn for pleasure, or to follow the graded system. I encourage regular practice so that week-on-week progress can be measured. I also organise termly concerts for my pupils who wish to gain practice of performing in public.
