UK Mathematic Challenge Competition Certificates - What kind of experience do you have?
- I enjoyed performing as a soloist as well as part of an orchestra or a string quartet on many occasions. I’m able to teach the various aspects of violin techniques to the students of different level, ensuring an absolutely correct start for the beginners, but also fulfilling more advanced players’ abilities and strength.
.
Focusing on improving their coordination, bowing, plucking techniques, I also ensure their tone quality and precise intonation.
I incorporate sight reading, scales, rhythms practice in the lessons to balance students’ overall musicianship, knowledge and skills.
I was lucky to have a good tutor who taught me of the basics in an accurate way when I just started learning violin at a young age. The benefit of my proper starting point enables me to establish good habits and make efficient progress.
I offer violin and Music Theory lessons (Grade 1-5).
Having won numerous UK Maths Challenge competitions, I am also able to offer Maths individual and group lessons (KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE Maths).
I took Fast Track on GCSE Maths and FSMQ (Free Standing Maths Qualification) one year earlier than most students and achieved top grade. FSMQ is equivalent to Maths As level.
As an A Level student, I achieved top grades for GCSE Maths and As Level Maths; I believe I’m able to teach KS1, KS2, KS3 and GCSE Maths easily. - How much do you charge?
