Recently I have discovered the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and how these can be powerful tools for musical practice.

As a musician it can be easy to find yourself trapped in thoughts that stop you from practicing our instrument effectively. When trying to master a new skill or piece, it is important to keep an optimistic attitude and know that anything can be achieved with hard work and willingness. A calm mind and a positive thought process in our daily practice leads to the most amazing results!
