As an experienced and qualified professional I can offer personalised lessons after initial assessment. Although I am a dyslexia tutor, I am able to teach all abilities. I offer a multi-sensory approach to learning.

BSc (honours) Open, PGCE, CELTA and OCR Level 5 Certificate in teaching learners with specific educational needs (dyslexia), Certificate in developing mathematical thinking at KS3, Diploma in Psychology, Certificate in Counselling
What kind of experience do you have?
5 years at Primary School, 1 year at Secondary School, 2 years at a Special School and Private Tuition
How much do you charge?
£ 30 per hour for English, Maths and Science at KS1, KS2 or KS3
£ 30 per hour for Special Needs including dyslexia and dyscalculia
Where do you teach?
Students' home or another agreed venue
I travel by car or public transport
I am willing to travel in and around Amersham
When are you available?
I am available between 11am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
I am available to work between 9am and 7pm during weekdays from Monday to Friday.
I make an effort to accommodate all students at their preferred times. However, it may not always be possible.

Currently, my students are mostly at mainstream school. I have some students with diagnosed or suspected dyslexia and some with other learning difficulties.

I aim to engage students with multi sensory resources including games and activities.
