I'm a young and enthusiastic tutor giving Art lessons and portfolio advice for GCSE, A level, degree and KS1-3 students in London. Also Surrey and Berkshire!
I work with two of London's best education consultancies. References available on request!
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I tutor Art & Design as well as Fine Art. I specialise in pencil, pastel, charcoal, watercolour and acrylic.
Tell me about your qualifications.
A practicing artist, principally self taught with over 7 years private tutoring experience (I am also a tutor on the books of two of London's best education consultancies). I have worked with around 30 students in this time. I also have an A grade for A level Art & Design as well as an A* grade for GCSE Art.
I have 11 GCSEs A* to A and 3 A levels (Art & Design, English Language & Literature and Geography).
What kind of experience do you have?
I have tutored a large number of students over the last 7 years and my experience includes preparing students for: A level and GCSE / IGCSE Art (Edexcel/AQA/OCR), BA Fine Art, foundation degree / diploma, primary up to Key Stage 3 and senior / secondary Art scholarships. I am proud to work with two of London's top education consultancy companies. I have experience preparing students for Tisch School of Arts at NYU, St Martins, Inchbald, Slade School of Art, Parsons and Cooper Union (New York) as well as Merchant Taylors, City School, Kings Canterbury and Dulwich.

My greatest achievement has been helping a 12-year-old student successfully apply for an Art scholarship at one of Britain’s best senior schools. I felt extremely proud when the family told me that her portfolio application we had worked on had been successful – it made all the time and effort we’d spent on her project worthwhile!

I started to tutor Art after realising I could pursue my passion for the subject by providing private tuition (I always draw during lessons in order to demonstrate the teaching points I make). It’s truly satisfying and I particularly enjoy the fact that I get to work with so many different types of learner – each with different goals. I really do love every minute!
How much do you charge?
I currently charge £65/hour (I also charge a small amount for journeys to locations outside of London - I hope this sounds reasonable!)
Where do you teach?
I travel to my students' homes anywhere in London or a location of their choice. I am also available in Surrey and Berkshire (Virginia Water, Guildford, Sunningdale, Weybridge, Wentworth, Ascot, Windsor, Eton for example - other locations as well!)

I can travel anywhere in London including North London, West London, South London and East London.

Within London I am available to give Art lessons in Kensington, Chelsea, Parsons Green, Barons Court, Clapham, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Fulham, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Banstead, Camden, Canada Water, Canary Wharf, Cheam, Ewell, Docklands, Ealing, Earls Court, Greenwich, Gloucester Road, West Kensington, Olympia, Green Park, Mayfair, Hammersmith, Harrow, Hounslow, Islington, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Southwark, Swiss Cottage, Sutton, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Raynes Park and Westminster.
When are you available?
