- Voice work (inc. breath support, articulation, range, resonance etc)
- Suggested pre-audition vocal warm-ups.
- Advice on speech choice.
- Guidance on audition procedure.

** Currently accepting new pupils for LAMDA Exams **
Tell me about your qualifications.
LAMDA (2:1 BA(hons) Professional Acting).

Since graduating I’ve performed with The National Theatre (Prince of Denmark); RSC (Jubilee, Macbeth, Merry Wives of Windsor, The Mouse and His Child); Almeida/West End (Hamlet, Mary Stuart); Manchester Royal Exchange (Too Clever By Half, The Ghost Train); Birmingham REP (Tartuffe); National Theatre of Scotland (Dunsinane International Tour); and on BBC's Holby City. I've also worked with Told By An Idiot, a company whose physical approach to theatre draws on variety of sources including Commedia dell’Arte and Jacque Le Coq.

My latest film, the $12m IMAX film 'Amazon Adventure' has just opened in the USA and I'm currently performing in the West End.

My continuing experience of professional performance makes me well placed to teach students at most levels.
What kind of experience do you have?
I've been preparing people for Drama School Auditions since I graduated LAMDA in July 2012. Some of my previous students have accepted places at RADA, LAMDA, Bristol Old Vic etc.

I regularly run one-to-one Speech Surgeries for drama school applicants both at Playbox Theatre in the West Midlands, and around the country.

My teaching practice has developed hugely through practical experience. I continue to assist other practitioners (most recently at East15 Drama School on their MA Shakespearean scene studies), as a means of developing my own teaching practice.
How much do you charge?
£45 per hour (inclusive of all travel, preparation, e-mail/telephone support, resources etc).

All classes are available 1 hour, 1.5 and 2 hour sessions.

*Discounts available for group booking*
Where do you teach?
During the week I prefer to teach at my home in Finchley - at the weekend am happy to travel if it's preferable (Finchley, Archway, Highgate, Camden, Angel, South Kensington, Sloane Square, Chelsea, Westminister etc).

For the duration of August 2018 I will be performing in Bath Theatre Royal's "Summer Season" and will be taking temporary pupils in the Bath area. The perfect time to start selecting speeches for Drama School auditions 2018/19.
When are you available?
Fair/Good availability at present.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
For drama school auditions I predominantly work with children and adults 17+.

I've also plenty of experience working with younger children if you're thinking of applying for youth theatres/NYT etc.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I have a DBS.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I have previous tutored via Skype. Last year I worked online with a student in Estonia.
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
Spotlight and Equity member.
Where and with whom did you train?
London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), National Youth Theatre (NYT) and Playbox Theatre Company.
