Creative writing.
EFL.
Tell me about your qualifications.
MA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University. BA in English Literature from Kingston University. Also qualified in Scriptwriting from Richmond College. CELTA from IH Barcelona.
What kind of experience do you have?
Mentoring adult writers. Teaching for 11+ exams. EFL teaching.
How much do you charge?
£30 an hour for creative writing mentoring. Bulk discounts can be discussed - please see my website.
Where do you teach?
In Camberley, but can travel. I'm happy to mentor on Skype/online as well.
When are you available?
Mainly evenings and weekends - I can be flexible to accommodate individual requirements.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
Adults and children, from beginner to advanced.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
No but I'm happy to provide one if necessary.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I'm happy to use Skype or Zoom or any other chosen video chat tool.

I trained with some very well known writers and have received great feedback from recognised writers such as Helena Drysdale and Andrei Codrescu.
