Personal Message
My last teaching post was at The Lady Eleanor Holles School. I have an extremely high success rate and can provide numerous excellent phone and written references. I tutor using a specialised and unique approach, coupled with pastoral care.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I have experience and success in teaching all primary subjects, including all entrance exams. This academic year, I have tutored children for LEH, Hampton, Kings College, RGS, KGS, Notre Dame, Reading Blue Coats, Wimbledon High, Surbiton High, Sir William Perkins, St. Georges and Wickham Abbey.

My 10+ children were accepted into the schools of their choice. All of my 7+, 8+ and 11+ children have been accepted through to first round of exams and are now waiting for the results of the interviews. I supply all of my own resources and prepare each tuition session beforehand. I tutor on a one-to-one basis because I believe in a completely personalised approach. Usually my sessions are an hour long, but for older children this can be extended. I provide a very homely environment and give lots of pastoral support in addition to academic support. Both go hand in hand for academic success.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have an English BA Hons and a PGCE Certificate in Education. I regularly go to on teaching courses and to conferences to keep up-to-date. Last year, I attended a Singapore maths course, which is up and coming in schools. I attend a yearly 'gifted and talented' conference.
What kind of experience do you have?
My clients include those that are publicly well known and those from the general public. I have an extremely confidential approach to my tuition. Tutees may occasionally cross paths between sessions or during mock exams, but I can make special arrangements to ensure that the session is completely out of the public eye if needed and when informed. Tuition sessions are completely personalised to suit your child’s needs. I have tutored for entrance into a variety of schools including Eton, St. Pauls, LEH, St. Georges, Shrewsbury, Surbition High, Hampton Prep and Hampton School, Wimbledon High, Tiffin, Kingston Grammar, Reeds, Cleves, Sir William Perkins, Milbourne Lodge, Radnor House, Wickham Abbey, Marist, St. Catherines, The Mall, Notre Dame and many more schools. I have been a teacher for ten years, including a post as Assistant Head Teacher.
The benefit of tutoring a range of children taking entrance exams for a range of schools is that through excellent communication, I can keep up-to-date with the latest news regarding format of tests, questions and interview style that has featured the previous year.
How much do you charge?

This includes a 100% committed tutor; one that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for additional phone discussions or extra homework if needed. I very rarely cancel sessions and I also tutor during holiday time.
