My secondary students are all achieving great results. Their parents have reported a renewed interest and enthusiasm for English, and their teachers have noticed their progress. Recent mock results have also show that my students have improved.

My Testimonials
I am 13 years old and in year nine. Helen became my tutor in September and ever since that day I am so thankful for the help Helen has given me. English has always been my weakest subject. I found it hard and never enjoyed it. Helen has made me enjoy English and most of all has made me believe I can be successful in this subject . If you are looking for a tutor I highly recommend Helen - Jack, year 9 |
Helen has been tutoring our son since year 9 and is a reliable tutor providing him with support in preparation for his GCSE English exams. Helen quickly put him at ease with her friendly and interactive approach. Helen is well prepared for her tutoring sessions, is up to date with current specifications, and sources useful materials. Helen is understanding and flexible with her support. The confidence that he has gained means that he is both enjoying and benefiting more from school lessons. - Dianne, parent of year 10 student |
Our daughter has really enjoyed working with Helen and it is lovely to hear them chatting away throughout Helen’s tutorials. We wanted our daughter to fulfil her potential and were concerned her results were not as good as they could be. Helen has helped our daughter to grow in confidence. She has also helped her to develop structured strategies for approaching the different English assignments. So much so that recently one of our daughter’s answers was used in class as a model answer! - Janet, parent of year 8 student |
