I am a friendly and engaging English Literature and Drama tutor.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach the following subjects:
Key Stage 1 - 3, GCSE, A Level English
GCSE, A Level Drama

Drama School Auditions

Coming from an English Lit background, as well as Drama, I'd be happy to tutor these subjects up to A Level. I'd be happy to tutor maths to KS2 level.
I received my classical acting training at RADA and have experience of coaching students in interview technique, presentation and speeches.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I hold a 3 Year Professional Acting Degree from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA in association with University College London (2004-2007). I then read Drama with English Literature at The University of Manchester (2:1), graduating in 2002.
Before which I achieved 3 A-levels in English Literature (A), Drama and Theatre Studies (A) and Theology (A).

Having trained at RADA I am qualified to assist with general drama school audition preparation.
What kind of experience do you have?
Over the last five years I have undertaken numerous LSA and SSA roles in primary, secondary and adult education. I have worked one-to-one with students who have emotional behavioural problems as well as special educational needs. In addition to this, I have held the post of Head of Drama at St Julian's School, Lisbon. As Head of Drama, I was involved in all aspects of classroom teaching and workshop leading for a wide range of ages (Years 8-13) and taught IB and IGCE Drama syllabuses.
Having received a classical acting training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), I have also coached students in interview technique, presentation giving and speech.
How much do you charge?
30 pounds an hour up to KS3.
35 pounds and hour for GSCE and A-Level.
Where do you teach?
I am based in Rochester. Therefore I would be able to travel to Bromley. With regard to travelling into London I am open to negotiation.

Which ages and levels do you teach?
I'm happy to teach any age up to A-Level.
