I am professionally qualified with over 17 years' experience. I offer fun and friendly lessons for children and adults, whether you’re a complete beginner, an advanced student, or returning to learn after a break.

Tell me about your qualifications.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience of working with all ages. I have experience of teaching aural training for ABRSM exams and I am currently tutoring a GCSE student in Music Theory. I hold a BMus degree in which my main instrument was the recorder.
How much do you charge?
I offer a first lesson at half price and a discount if more than one member of the family are learning.
Where do you teach?
I live in Warrington and I travel all around the borough. I am happy to come to your house. If you do not have a piano I can bring a large keyboard for the lesson.
When are you available?
I am available Mondays and Tuesdays all day.
Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays in the evening.
All day Saturdays and Sundays.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I can teach any age and level.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I work towards ABRSM exams, GCSE and A Level Music
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I have a full current DBS.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I can teach through skype / FaceTime
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
I am a member of the Musicians' Union
Where and with whom did you train?
I trained at Cork School of Music under Laoise O'Brien.

I currently have piano and flute students with ages ranging from 6 - 67.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I am enthusiastic about all of my lessons and I aim to create a positive learning environment for all of my students. Learning to play a musical instrument should be an enjoyable activity and not a chore. Activities designed to build musical skills and confidence and to inspire enjoyment and laughter are an important feature of my tuition style.
