Hello there!
I am a dynamic and reliable young professional musician and, while being a busy freelance Double Bassist in London, I enjoy teaching very much too.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Double Bass, Piano and Music Theory/Aural Skills.
Tell me about your qualifications.
Artist Diploma at the Conservatorio di Vicenza - Italy
Master of Arts at the Music and Art University of the City of Vienna (formerly known as Konservatorium Wien)
What kind of experience do you have?
I used to teach regularly one to one lessons for a London Music Service and have done it privately in the past few years. I always enjoy to be an ensemble and orchestra coach too and I have done this within London and abroad.
How much do you charge?
First consultation lesson: £20
hourly rate: £35
Travel costs: I don't charge travel expenses for journeys within 30/40 minutes from my house. After that I charge from £5 to £10 depending on the distance.
Where do you teach?
I can teach at home in my music room, otherwise I am happy to travel to the students' houses within 30/40 minutes travel from my house in Stoke Newington. Further locations might incur a small travel charge.
When are you available?
My schedule is quite varied, but more often than not I am able to find a slot that suits the situation, weekdays as well as on the weekend.

Temporary update: until March 2018 my only availabilities will be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings/early afternoon and Sunday evenings.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
Double Bass: any age and level
Piano: any age, beginners to first grades
Theory: any age up to grade 5
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
ABRSM Graded Exams, Trinity College Exams (Music), Entrance Examinations for Music Colleges and Junior music colleges, Auditions for Youth/Amateur orchestras
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
Musicans' Union.
Where and with whom did you train?
Musically trained in Italy and Austria (Vienna), I also gained further professional training and experience in England.
Do you have a personal message for students?
Hi there!
I am a young and dynamic professional who enjoys teaching to beginners and more advanced learners. Happy to introduce to you in the Music World (through the Double Bass, Piano or music theory) as well as help you discover deeply the art of Double Bass playing.

Feel free to contact me and I will be happy to introduce myself directly to you.

All the best,

Giuseppe CC
