Personal Message
Thank you for visiting my page, my name is Cindy and I am a Classical Guitar and Maths tutor.
I believe in a friendly lesson environment, where the students are free to ask questions and are able to enjoy the lessons whilst learning!

BEng Mechanical Engineering (Hons) with Year in Industry
1st Prize, North London Music Festival (Classical Guitar Section)
ABRSM Piano Grade 4
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching Classical Guitar since the age of 16. Through the years I have taught children from as young as 6 and adults in their 30s. I have met different kinds of students, from shy and timid to out-going and loud. I enjoy all my lessons and make sure the student enjoys them too.

I have also attended a number of music festivals where I have won 1st place (North London Music Festival and Gumley House Music Festival: Advance Strings, Strings section). I was also requested to come back the following year to perform as a guest. I have previously performed in York House, Pubs and Kingston Grammar School (as part of a guitar ensemble).

Mathematics: Students have been moved from Set 4 mathematics to Set 2 in less than 3 months of tutoring.
How much do you charge?
Classical Guitar Lessons are £25 per hour. However, the first taster lesson is £20/hr.
If students come in a duo (e.g. siblings), it is an additional £5.

Maths Lessons are rated at £20 per hour, please note, this is a class lesson (max 5 students per class) and starts in September.
This is an intensive lesson, the lessons will take place once a week. Homework will be given.
This is exclusively for GCSE Mathematics (Edexcel)
