Do you have a personal message for students?
I meticulously focus on the key skills tested in exams through effective teaching, regular assessments, detailed marking of students' work and robust practice. These best teaching practices lift the learning spirits of students and enable them to produce the top grades in English Language and Literature.

After teaching and developing the key skills required to meet the success criteria for exam, I give my students very rigorous practice in attempting various past papers to ensure fast paced progress. Students' work is regularly marked in detail and they are provided with in-depth comments about gaps in their learning, areas of focus and the methods to achieve the required outcomes. They are also given intense practice in exam time management to enable them to complete their paper within the given time.

All these above mentioned good practices and strategies energize my students to reach their full potential in GCSE English Language and Literature.

One of the qualities I pride myself in is my ability to make my students genuinely feel 'English is easy now.'
