I am a professional trumpeter currently studying at the Royal College of Music and enjoy a busy playing career as well as teaching. With broad experience in education and performing, I like to bring enthusiasm, fun and positivity to lessons.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I am primarily a trumpet teacher, however I am always happy to aid people in their personal pursuits and interests in any walk of brass playing.

How much do you charge?
£30/half hour
£35/45 mins
Where do you teach?
I primarily teach at home in Tunbridge Wells, but am also happy to travel to surrounding areas of Kent, including Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Maidstone.
When are you available?
I am available at various times in the week, preferably weekdays.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and abilities.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare my brass students for all qualifications.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
I am a member of the ISM (Incorporated Society of Musicians), as well as BYMT (Bromley Youth Music Trust)
Where and with whom did you train?
Royal College of Music, under Mark Calder, Alistair Mackie and Jason Evans. I also learnt previously with Ray Allen and am currently continuing my studies with John Hutchins.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I aim to make every lesson a fun and positive experience, and enjoy demonstrating through playing a lot. I also find it beneficial to teach general music education alongside instrumental tuition.
