Personal Message: Hola! :) I'm Maria, a native Spanish speaker with teaching experience both in Spain and the UK.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach Spanish as a foreign language.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I have a History of Art Degree from Valencia University and a Master in Cultural Management at ADEIT, Fundacion Universidad-Empresa, Valencia University, Spain. I also have completed the Course of Educational Psychology (Valencia) and have the Qualified Teacher Status here in the UK.
What kind of experience do you have?: At the moment I also teach as a Spanish language assistant at the Altrincham Grammar School for Boys, (A level groups).
We are never too young or too old to learn a new language and even though it might seem a little challenging at first, it is very rewarding!

I teach Spanish at all levels, children or adults, from beginners to advanced at my home or at your home. All my Spanish lessons are personalized according to the needs and requirements of each student.

With some students, for example, we may have to focus on particular aspects of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, while others may need extra help with their oral techniques like pronunciation or conversation, or others would like to improve their reading, writing or listening.

I can also help students prepare for University, GCSE, DELE or A-level exams.

If you study Spanish at university, we could focus on the translation and study of more specific or technical texts and advanced material.
How much do you charge?: ONE TO ONE LESSONS

ONE TO ONE at my house in Altrincham £25 per hour.
LESSONS AT YOUR HOME: £30 per hour.

GROUP LESSONS

GROUP OF 2 TO 4 PERSONS £15 per hour.

A LEVELS ORAL PRACTICE GROUPS: £15 per student. Get your classmates together and make a group of at least 3 students. Larger group will have discounts.
