I have worked in many schools as a teacher and in teaching support roles. I have over ten years experience of working in schools and tutoring.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Accountancy, Science, Maths GCSE, and Business Studies.

I have qualifications in Chemistry and Accountancy to degree and masters level respectively.

I have a degree in: -Chemistry with Business Management
-CIMA Chartered Managment Accountant Qualifcation
-AAT Professional Accounting Qualification
-BCS, Chartered IT Qualification (studying)
-Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) (partly completed)
-Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been working in schools, colleges and tutoring since Jan 2006.

I worked in three different schools in the Enfield/Local area and work for a local tuition center.

I previously worked at at Nightingale Academy as a Teacher of Business and ICT and at Chace Community School as a Teaching Assistant.

I have worked in 5 schools (also Walthamstow Academy, Forest Gate Community School) and I am currently working in a another school in Walthamstow.
How much do you charge?
I charge from around £30 ph. Some forms of online tuition may be cheaper.
Where do you teach?
I work in the Enfield area including; Potters Bar, Ponders End, Palmers Green, Southgate, Enfield Town, Enfield Lock, Edmonton, Winchmore Hill, Oakwood, Forty Hill, Enfield Wash, Barnet, Freezy Water, Hadley Wood, Chase Side, Cockfosters, Brimsdown, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross and Waltham Abbey Tottenham Hale, Hackney at students' homes; I also tutor online and from a tuition centre.
When are you available?
Most evenings and weekends.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I mainly teach students at A-Level or higher nowadays, although I have had plenty of GCSE teaching experience.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
GCSE's and A'Levels in the main but also professional accounting qualifications and business degrees.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?

I am a Chareted Managment Accountant (CIMA member)
I am a student member of BCS, Chartered IT institute
I previously was a member of AAT but now hold full CIMA membership.

Tell me about some of your current students.
I recently taught the son of Professional Deborah Gill (UCL Medical School Director) and Dr Mark Curtin; he achieved an A* in A-Level Chemistry.

I am currently teaching a pupil studying for the AAT quantification, I have bee teaching him for around 3 years, he is a student that has additional needs and has extra provision for his exams.

I am teaching two brothers for their GCSEs and SATS, I have been teachign them for over two years

I teach a couple of pupils on an ad-hoc basis for degree business/finance/accounting units.

I prefer to teach a few students that are long term for example I taught the Deborah and Mark's son for two years and the AAT student for three years and the brothers for 2 years.
Do you have a personal message for students?
An investment in hard work and education pays the best dividends.

I enjoy learning and I have continued to study part time since leaving university; so I know how to pass exams. I have passed many exams in chemistry, accountancy, business and now IT.
