About Alex
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been tutoring students of varying ages for over two years. In addition to private tutoring I recently established a tutoring charity, with whom I volunteer personally, which works with struggling primary school children. Also have recent first hand experience of GCSE, A-level and university examinations.

I have recently graduated from Oxford with a 2.i in PPE and am studying for a masters at SOAS. Having gained a top class education and with lots of experience tutoring I am well placed to get the best out of my students.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
Economics, History and Politics to A-level and GCSE standard as well as Maths to GCSE standard. In addition I also help students in preperation for university applications, including Oxbridge interviews and tests.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have an upper second class degree from Oxford in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, 9 A*s and 2 As at GCSE alongside 4 A Levels: A* in Maths, EPQ, Economics and an A in History.
- How much do you charge?
£35 for A-level and university application tuition. £30 for everything else.
- Where do you teach?
I am flexible with where I can teach. I am very happy to travel around North and West London as well as the St Albans district.
