Personal Message
I am a Cambridge Maths graduate, passionate about helping my students to enjoy maths and gain confidence in their own abilities by building on what they feel comfortable with. I believe that the right teacher can undo wrong learning very quickly..
Which subject(s) do you teach?
Tell me about your qualifications.
BA (Cambridge) – Mathematics

What kind of experience do you have?
Before becoming a tutor, I worked in the IT industry

In the six years that I have been tutoring Mathematics, I have taught over 200 pupils on a one-to-one basis for AS/A2 (all modules including Further Pure and STEP), IB and GCSE, preparing them with great success for their examinations. I also tutor university students in most topics (please inquire), both ongoing and also for re-sits. I teach mature students towards personal or professional goals.
How much do you charge?
GCSE: £45 per hour, A level and Adult: £50 per hour, University: £60 per hour. I charge an additional £2 per mile for travel up to 4 miles.
Where do you teach?

GCSE, A level University entrance and degree.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
Do you have a personal message for students?
Maths is like a hurdles race. You cannot complete the course unless you clear every hurdle. One-to-one tuition will help you discover how to clear each hurdle and so complete the course with confidence.
