I have over 30 years' industry experience in the graphic design, technical illustration and photography industries. I also have over 16 years teaching experience in the Further and Adult Education sector.

• Graphic design – branding, editorial design and information graphics.
• Concept art and illustration – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator software.

• Apple Mac and Windows based computer operating systems.
• Applications – preparation for offset litho and digital printing, desktop publishing, Microsoft PowerPoint , business websites and other social media.
• Students with physical disabilities and learning difficulties – Down syndrome, Asperger syndrome, autism, wheelchair users, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, dyslexia, speech and hearing impairment.

BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design – London College of Communication (1979).

BTEC HNC Science (Digital Imaging) – Nescot (1998).

Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) – South Thames College on behalf of Canterbury Christ Church University (2009).
Full teaching qualification status in Further and Adult Education.
What kind of experience do you have?
Over 30 years Industry experience.

Photography (editorial and marketing, portraits and social events, crafts and scale models, architecture and interiors, automotive, travel and nature).
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom software for high-end image retouching and post production.
Preparation of Adobe Photoshop files for desktop publishing, offset litho and digital printing and social media.

Technical illustration and information graphics (diagrams and architecture for magazines, books, brochures and promotional literature)
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator software.
Preparation of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator files for desktop publishing, offset litho and digital printing and social media.

Brochures and magazines (design service for the promotion of businesses and careers)

How much do you charge?
£30 per hour for one to one tuition. This includes all teaching material and handouts.

Where do you teach?
I am based in south west London and teach for South Thames College.

Adobe software at learner's home or business.
Photography at learner's home, studio and on location.

I can travel to:

• Putney, Roehampton, Barnes and Sheen.

Tell me about some of your current students.
For Adobe software students, many are training to improve their employment skills or are considering a career change.

For photography students, many are learning how to become successful outdoor or studio based photographers for travel, portraiture, photo journalism, publishing (editorial) and marketing.

For students with physical disabilities and learning difficulties, many are learning to become more independent and to overcome barriers relating to their situation.
