Personal Message
I'm an experienced musician and tutor who's been playing and performing music for over 12 years. I have experience performing live and in studios and I've been involved with many different projects including function gigs, musicals and showcases.

I teach Piano, Drums and Saxophone
Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a BA (hons) in Popular Music (2:1). I have a Trinity grade 8 (Distinction) on Drum Kit. I also have a grade 8 on Snare Drum, ABRSM grade 5 theory, ABRSM grade 7 Saxophone and ABRSM grade 6 on Piano.
What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching music privately and in schools for over 6 years and have experience teaching all ages. I put many of my students through graded exams but I also teach a lot of people who want to learn for fun or focus on their technique.
How much do you charge?
I offer a free 30 minute lesson to get you started.

30 minutes - £15
45 minutes - £20
60 minutes - £25

If you want me to travel to you there could be extra fees (depending on where you live and the time of the lesson).
Where do you teach?
I mostly teach from my home studio but I can travel around the Chelmsford area.
When are you available?
I teach Mondays to Saturdays and I normally teach through the school holidays.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
I have students as young as 4 up to students that are retired.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can help students prepare for Trinity or ABRSM graded exams or GCSE/ A Level Music
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I have a enhanced DBS check.
Do you belong to any professional organisations?
I'm a member of the Musicians' Union.
Do you have a personal message for students?
I work hard at making the lessons fun and enjoyable but focused as I believe that you will learn better if you're having fun. I encourage my students to practise as much as they can as I enjoy seeing my students progress and learn new skills.
