My name is Rafael. I am an experienced saxophone/music theory teacher based in Edgbaston with a convenient location for anywhere in the West Midlands. I'm a patient and motivational tutor and I'm happy to teach children and adults of any age.

£10 for half hour

Where do you teach?
I normally teach in my home studio but visits to students' homes are also possible.

Any time.

I can teach any ages and levels (beginners to advanced).
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can prepare for ABRSM levels, Trinity grades, College auditions, Saxophone competitions.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
DBS check if required.

While in Portugal my teachers were João Pedro Silva and Rita Nunes (classical), José Menezes and Desidério Lazaro (jazz)

Learning an instrument can be a very rewarding experience. Although learning isn't easy, I'm very patient and I'm sure anyone can do it if they are willing to commit to it. I will help you become motivated and you will see fast results if you learn with me and follow my method.
