Martha has a Master of Music degree from the Leeds College of Music.
She currently teaches at Hill House School in Doncaster, Oak Tree Studios in Dewsbury and as part of Barnsley Music Service, as well as a portfolio of private pupils.

What kind of experience do you have?
Martha received her Master of Music degree from the Leeds College of Music after being kindly supported by the Dewar Arts Award and the YLCE award. She receives vocal coaching with Rachel Gilmore, and previously studied in Scotland with Rosemary Nairne and Gillian Jack.
Martha sings regularly with Bradford Cathedral Consort, Sheffield Chamber Choir and the innovative vocal ensemble, Albion, with whom she has recorded solo tracks on their CD, "These Islands" and “In Cloudless Sunshine”. She has collaborated live on BBC Radio One with Clean Bandit and the BBC Philharmonic and sang solo for HRH Prince Charles in Holyrood Palace with the Edinburgh Festival Chorus.
Martha enjoys singing as an oratorio soloist, concert soloist, wedding singer, chorister and has performed as Patience (Patience), Phyllis (Iolanthe) and Yum-Yum (Mikado) with the University of Aberdeen Gilbert and Sullivan Society.
Recent solo engagements have included Vaughan Williams and Stanford with Stone Choral Society, Handel’s Messiah, Poulenc’s Gloria, Purcell’s Come Ye Sons of Art, Vivaldi's Gloria, Mozart's Missa Solemnis, Pergolesi’s Salve Regina and Rutter’s Magnificat, Rutter’s Requiem and performances with Opera Anywhere.
Upcoming solo recitals can be heard in Wakefield Cathedral, St Mary’s in Worsbrough and All Saints in Darfield. Upcoming concerts as soprano soloist include: St John's Passion with Bradford Chorale, pop-up performances with the group "Opera Anywhere" and performances as part of the prestigious Bradfield Music Festival.

Where do you teach?
Can teach either at my home or at pupils home (so long as there is a piano/keyboard). Parents welcome to stay in on lesson.
