If you are looking to study at conservatoire or you sing professionally, using my first hand experience as an active singer and graduate from the GSMD, I tailor lessons to enable more success in your future auditions.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach classical and operatic singing to aspiring performers and professional singers.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I received my first class degree with honors from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and am currently a masters student on their Opera Course. I am a certified CoreSinging® teacher and a member of the British Voice Association.

As a singer I have been fortunate to study at one of the foremost conservatoires in the world and been privileged to work with eminent singers and conductors such as Sir Mark Elder, Sir Simon Rattle and Jiří Bělohlávek. Throughout my time studying and performing I have been dedicated to teaching singing.

Singing teachers tend to focus on either the artistic or the scientific; however, great singing neither in isolation. As a teacher, it is remiss not to provide holistic instruction. Singing is more than just vocalisation but relies on musicianship, stagecraft, languages, professionalism and all of the components required of an artist.

Through first hand experience as a performer and my experience as a vocal teacher, I help enable my pupils to reach their full potential. Solid vocal technique is an integral component but it only has value if it services the singer as a fully developed artist.
