About Tristessa
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience as course leader for GCSE English and A Level English Literature. I have also taught the following A Levels: English Language, English Combined, Media and Film. I also work as a Subject Specialist Conference Tutor for the PGCE course at the University of Huddersfield supporting trainees to qualify as teachers with extensive experience of on-line tuition. As a result of my recognition of being an 'outstanding' teacher in the classroom, I have been appointed as a Teaching and Learning Coach, helping to deliver CPD within my previous place of work to support teachers in becoming outstanding tutors as well helping them qualify for QTLS status and in-service PGCEs.

I teach predominately A level English Literature and GCSE English but have also taught A Level English Combined and A Level English Language.

- How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour. I am available to do small group lessons for a negotiable price based on the level and number of pupils. If required to travel beyond 10 miles from Hull, there will be a travel charge.
- Where do you teach?
I teach either at home or at students' homes in Hull and the surrounding villages.
- When are you available?
I am available for tutoring Monday-Friday afternoons and evenings up to 8pm, and Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm.
I am available for SKYPE tutoring as above.
