- Classes
My classes work well for beginners allowing students to progress and learn gently and safely at their own speed. Some postures are challenging but we always advise you to only reach to what is safe for you.
We do make adjustments - but only when they're really necessary.
I use an eclectic choice of music and always finish with a beutiful period of relaxation.

Classes are for adults, but children can attend provided they are accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
