Hi, I'm a 23 years old French student living in London and currently undertaking a masters degree in Economics at Birkbeck University.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I will be more than glad to tutor with skype or by e-mail if needed.
Which subject(s) do you teach?
I mainly teach Maths at any level, but I also have strong knowledge of both French and Economics.
Tell me about your qualifications.
I am the proud owner of a Baccalaureat (French A-level equivalent) with a specialty in both Economics and Math, as well as a graduate diploma in Economics (specialised in statistics and applied math).
What kind of experience do you have?
I tutored middle school students in Maths back when I was in high school, which account for about 20 students over 3 years. I also was in charge of a first year graduate diploma class in statistic for a couple month during the last year of my graduate diploma. This mainly involved helping a class of about 10 students with aspects of Maths that they had trouble grasping.
How much do you charge?
I will charge £20 to £25 (depending on the study level) an hour for one student, with a price increase of £5 for any additional students. If you need me to come to your place I might charge you a few extra pounds to cover the travel expenses. I also won't necessarily mind tutoring on Sundays if needed, but this will also come with a £5 price increase.
Where do you teach?
I live in the Leyton area in London, I don't mind coming to your place for the sessions but bear in mind that if I have to much commuting to do I will charge you a few extra pounds to cover up for the expenses. I also don't mind teaching at my own place if it is more convenient for you.
When are you available?
I am available from 10am to 6pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 10am to 8pm on any other day.
Which ages and levels do you teach?
For French and Economics I am willing to teach up to A-level students, and obviously anything below. I can go as high as graduate diploma student for Maths and Statistics, as long as they are part of an economics course.
Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
No I do not.
