GCSE Science

  • Plan early;
  • Start by collecting resources e.g. past exam papers and mark schemes if available, and revision books;
  • Start with one short topic a day;
  • Revise the topic by making short notes from the textbook or classes attended;
  • Highlight the notes each time you revise from them;
  • Attempt some questions linked to the topic revised;
  • Check the mark scheme and add corrections;
  • Attempt plenty of questions from past papers as these are the closest thing you will have to the real exam;
  • The day before the exam, attempt a full past paper in a given time;
  • Look over your highlighted notes through the revision period.

  Good Luck!  Yasmin
