- Extensive experience in accompaniment - I can also coach woodwind, strings and brass instrumentalists in preparation for their exam or concerts.

- Where and with whom did you train?
I have graduated with a Masters degree (MMus) in Solo Performance from the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester, under the tuition of Norma Fisher and Paul Janes. Prior to my studies at the RNCM, I studied with Ramona Zammit Formosa at the Johann Strauss School of Music and later with Joanne Camilleri, under whose tutorship I obtained my LRSM with distinction. I have also participated in important master class series, including the London Master Classes and the Lake District Summer Music Academy thanks to the support of the Malta Arts Fund. I had the opportunity to take master classes with international pianists Klaus Hellwig, Leon McCawley, Barry Snyder, Nelson Goerner and Carole Presland, amongst others. I have also participated in regular master classes with Andrea Lucchesini at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole in Florence in the past two years.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
My students have always enjoyed my lessons and we have always worked together to achieve excellent performance level.
I am currently teaching students of all ages starting from 5 years old, and from beginners to diploma level.
Besides being a private tutor I also teach at the Falkner House Girls' School.

I am Christine, a professional piano tutor and a highly active piano performer, with lots of teaching experience at all levels and ages. Your lessons can be tailored to suit your requirements and they will certainly be enjoyable and inspiring.

- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have read for a Master of Music degree in solo piano performance at the Royal Northern College of Music under the tuition of Norma Fisher and Paul Janes. I also possess the LRSM in piano performance (distinction) and have attended several master classes with international pianists, such as at the Lake District Summer Academy and the London Master Classes.
I am currently specialising as a collaborative pianist at the Royal Academy of Music under the tuition of Michael Dussek and Malcolm Martineau.
- How much do you charge?
£50 per 60 minutes
£25 per 30 minutes
These rates include travel expenses.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in student homes within zones 1-2 and also at my house in South Kensington.
- When are you available?

- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach children through to adults, beginners to advanced (diploma level) and in preparation for concerts and auditions.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can prepare my students for examinations (ABRSM or Trinity Guildhall) from Grade 1 to Diploma level, if they wish, as these can normally serve as great targets. However, some students may opt for a different 'no exam' approach, which is also fine. Therefore, I can be very flexible according to one's requirements. I can also prepare students for auditions and concerts.
