About Victoria
- What kind of experience do you have?
I am a qualified Alexander Technique teacher. I've worked with a variety of clients ranging from musicians (I work at the Royal Academy of music), to athletes (horse riding, running, cycling, golf, yoga and more), to people suffering from conditions including back pain, sciatica, shoulder/neck pain, breathing difficulties, RSI, foot pain, poor balance, stress/anxiety, insominia and more.
As a horse rider, I have been classically trained by Minette Rice-Edwards and Tina Layton amongst others. I have schooled all the Grand Prix movements and a variety of horses. In terms of jumping, I have schooled to 3'6" and ridden cross country at a similar height. As a instructor I have worked at many stables as both a assistant instructor and head instructor. I have helped students preparing for their BHS exams, including their teaching exams. I teach adults, children, amateurs and professionals alike.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
My riding students range from talented young riders (as young as 7) learning the basics of correct riding, jumping and basic lateral work to established riders looking to improve their technique for both competition and pleasure.
As an Alexander Technique teacher I work with professional musicians and music students at the Royal Academy of music and a range of clients at my private practice. I have Alexander pupils of all ages from 6 to 60 year olds.
