I have 15 years experience of teaching the Alexander Technique. In addition I am a teacher at the Alexander Technique School, Queens Park.

I have been teaching the Alexander Technique for 15 years. It has been an inspiring and enlightening path and one that I continue to travel. I love working and introducing people to the technique. I specialise in managing stress.

I change £50 per 1 hour session with reductions for block bookings and special circumstances.
