Personal Message: Hello! I'm an experienced teacher in violin, viola and chamber music and I am very much looking forward to help you discover the endless possibilities that music has to offer.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: I teach violin, viola and chamber music.
Tell me about your qualifications.: I have a Bachelor Degree from the Royal Academy of Music in Sweden. I also studied one year as an exchange student in Berlin, at the Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler".
Between 2009 and 2011 I was a member if the academy of the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra.
What kind of experience do you have?: Before moving to London, I was a teacher in violin, viola and chamber music for four years in one of the top music schools in Scandinavia, Lilla Akademien, Stockholm. I have also given violin and chamber music masterclasses in the UK, Russia and China. Many of my previous students have gone on to music colleges all over Europe.
I can teach my subjects in English, Swedish, German, Finnish or Estonian.
How much do you charge?: I charge £40 per hour or £25 for half an hour. Travel charges are included in the fee.
Where do you teach?: Currently I travel to students homes.
When are you available?: My schedule is very flexible so it really comes down to individual arrangements.
Which ages and levels do you teach?: I teach students in all ages and stages.
Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?: I prepare my students for any ABRSM exam or any audition that they may want to take part in.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: No
