I am an Australian horn player based in London since 2015. I teach horn to students of all levels and am passionate to help pupils achieve their goals in a tailored approach to each individual student.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
French Horn.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I studied a Bachelor of Music in performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of music, under Sydney Symphony Principal horn, Ben Jacks.
In Australia I worked as a freelance horn player working with orchestras such as the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra and the Australian Chamber Orchestra. In 2015 I moved to London to play with the Southbank Sinfonia.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30/hour plus a £5 travel fee if I am teaching from the student's home. Consultation lessons free.
- Where do you teach?
I can teach at my home in Harringay or can travel to the student's home.
- When are you available?
My schedule is fairly flexible so can arrange around different schedules fairly easily.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach any ages from beginner to advanced levels.
