About Christopher
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have several years experience teaching private students of various levels and ages. I have also given masterclasses in chamber music and coached youth orchestras.
Aside from teaching, I am an active performing musician. As a member of the Castalian String Quartet, winner of the 2015 Lyon International Chamber Music Competition, I give frequent recitals throughout the UK and abroad.

I'm an encouraging, committed and experienced teacher, offering cello lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

- Tell me about your qualifications.
I hold a 1st class Bachelor of Music degree from the Royal College of Music. After that I undertook two Masters degrees, the first in Lugano (Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana) specialising in cello performance, and the second in Hannover (Hannover Hochschule für Musik) specialising in Chamber Music, for both of which I achieved distinction.

£40 an hour.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at home in South Kensington, and can also travel to students' homes in London.

I'm very flexible throughout the year.
