- What kind of experience do you have?
Currently tutoring students at different levels and for different reasons, lecturer/teacher in Leadership, Management, Personal Development and Coaching, following earlier work with Young Enterprise and a student support organisation.
Prior experience gained over a number of years in sales and account management, to a senior level.

As a part-time lecturer I have spare capacity; background includes Young Enterprise and as a qualified Coach, my students also benefit through improved self-confidence and esteem, feeling much more positive and up for a challenge.

- How much do you charge?
Fees are £30.00 / hour and willing to travel in Chester; further afield may require an additional fee for travel costs and time-happy to discuss and agree.
I don't charge for the first half hour which I see as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish the rapport which is necessary for us to work together.

Availability varies according to my work schedule; happy to meet during school holidays and after 5pm.

Currently tutoring students in school through to University; happy to discuss your requirements, and will provide honest information to help us make a decision if I am the best person to help you or your children to develop and improve.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
Typically Business Studies, Coaching, Personal Development, and possessing a wide skill set I am able to help with other subjects including Maths, English and Science.
I also work with students with SEND, and help students to regain and rebuild self-belief and confidence.
Please note that whilst Maths and English to GCSE level are shown, I do not profess myself to be an expert in these areas, however I have helped and help students to understand concepts, and rebuild their self-belief and confidence.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I prefer face to face which helps with relationship development which in turn helps to improve self-belief and confidence.
Body language will often reveal information that online tutoring would not, helping both you and I to tackle the tricky areas head on.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
My goal is help you to help yourself; to encourage critical thinking about subjects and develop your self-belief, and not just for the assignment/dissertation/homework/exam prep but for life.

I keep our sessions light and informative; learning should be fun, and if you have SEND I will work with you to help in any way I can to improve the learning experience.
