Personal Message: I specialise in Spoken communication. Over the last 5.5 years i have helped thousands of people to improve the speech and mindset.
Which subject(s) do you teach?: English as a Foreign Language, Accent reduction, Elocution, Public Speaking, Confidence, communication skills to motivate and inspire.
Tell me about your qualifications.: Bsc in Communications and Media, LAMDA Gold medal for acting, TEFL certification, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
What kind of experience do you have?: I performed as an actress for 10 years during my early life and always struggled with both my voice and my confidence. Ihave since fine tuned both and qualified in techniques, which have provided me with the skills to help others. I have helped thousands of people to improve there communication skills and have developed a technique, which accelerates the process. In 2011 i pioneered the use of Elocution lessons in Primary Schools to improve literacy and was interviewed several times by TV, radio and broadsheets.
How much do you charge?: I teach Children at the reduced rate of £60/ hour for Elocution and Public speaking.
Where do you teach?: At my home, offices, mutually convenient locations in Central, North, East, South and West London. I am currently based in Wimbledon.
When are you available?: Monday- Friday 8-8, Saturday 10-5.30 (flexible)
Which ages and levels do you teach?: Generally 7 years old and upwards- some speech problems sort themselves out naturally between 4-7 years old.
Do you have an up-to-date CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure certificate?: Yes, In Basildon, Essex.
Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.: I currently teach via Skype to Malta and New Zealand. I have also taught clients in Spain, India and America. A strong internet connection, headset/ earphones, camera and mic are a must.
Where and with whom did you train?: NLP & Hypnotherapy with Toby and Kate McCartney at West One Trainining
Tell me about some of your current students.: Clients range from Customer relations managers to business people and individuals preparing for wedding speeches.
I also teach Elocution at a primary school in Essex, to improve literacy. Past and present clients include EDF, Neuberger Bermanand Shell.
