With more than 8 years teaching experience in various contexts, my purpose is to enable my students to enlarge their horizons so they are able to quickly compare, assimilate and develop their swiftness when communicating in a foreign language.

I teach French, EFL (English as a foreign language) and Romanian at any level.

2004 Р2008: Bachelor's Degree in "Langues, Litt̩ratures et Civilisations Etrang̬res et R̩gionales" (studied English, French and Italian languages and translation)
2006 Р2007: Modern Letters, Erasmus-Socrates Studying Abroad Programme, France, Universit̩ de Bretagne Occidentale
- How much do you charge?
£25/hour for 3/3+ hours a week (2 sessions of 1.5h each) : on going tuition (at student's house if within walking distance / online).
£30/hour for 2 hours a week (1 session of 2 hours) : on going tuition (at student's house if not within walking distance) or temporary tuition (under 40 hrs).
- Where do you teach?
I live in Victoria and I am willing to travel to any other place that can be reached in max. 30mn by public transport.
I normally teach:
- at my students' home
- in quiet café bars
- online (Skype)
- When are you available?
Monday - Friday from 9am-9pm
Saturdays - from 11am-19pm

All levels and ages in French, English as a Foreign Language and Romanian.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
GCSE, A-levels, International Baccalaureate, IELTS, TEFL, Pre U and University exams and assignments.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
As a tutor, I consider the student's progress even after a few lessons to be the most important aim and reason of my work.
The pleasure I take in teaching foreign languages comes especially from my wish to instill into my students a love for the beauty and mystery of a new linguistic field and new semantic world.
In other words, I target with priority:
-the valorization of the student's potential,
-the diversity of the amount of information that each student assimilates
-the enthusiasm and the interactive atmosphere during the lessons
I find that the level at which each student begins with is not important as long as there is a visible progress between the start and the finish of the tuition.
The basis of my lessons consists of the notions which everyone needs in order to know a foreign language, aspects related to the cultural and the real life and the attention on the typical rules of the foreign language.
With delight and interest I concentrate on the efficient use of a variety of media (songs, short films, films, books, newspaper articles, literature) which could animate the lessons.
