I am working in a private secondary school in the Modern Foreign Languages department where I do conversational French and one-to-one tuition. I also do private tuition with a wide range of people (from Year 7 to Adults).

- Tell me about some of your current students.
It has been a really busy year. I worked in a school and I worked with a range of young people and adults in my private tuition practice. I have prepared a couple of GCSE students to face their big exams, I had a few Year 9 who needed to catch up, I worked with AS and A2 teenagers and I had adults learners from absolute beginners to advanced learners. It was really good fun.

I teach French at all level from absolute beginner to advance learner from all ages.
Furthermore I use different programs for adults in order to increase their knowledge in French linked with precised adults matters like (builders, banking, skiing, health, food, car, French expressions, etc.). My lessons are design to improve listening, speaking and reading skills.

I am currently working in the Modern Foreign Language department in an Independent school where I have access to up-to-date training in an outstanding environment. Furthermore, I have a B.A. in Anthropology and a M.Sc. in Public Health both from a French speaking university.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour (£10 per additional person)
Tuition in your own house: fees may apply.
French for business : £35 per hour + £5 per extra person.
I can also help with translations, correspondence, documents in English/French. Please call to inquire.
- Where do you teach?
At home in Crowborough and I am willing to travel to student's homes (Crowborough, Mayfield, Heathfield, Uckfield, East Grinstead, Wadhurst, Forest Row and Tunbridge Wells).

My teenage daughter was struggling a bit with her French, and found Audrey to be an excellent tutor for her GCSE preparation. She found her to be patient, organised and understanding and genuinely enjoyed her company. India is not easily pleased, so that is praise indeed! Audrey has been tutoring my 16 year old daughter for 6 months now and I can't praise her highly enough. We originally asked her to help boost speaking and listening skills for the final GCSE exam, which was highly successful. Now she is helping with all aspects of the A level course. Audrey is organised, professional, competent and fun. My daughter finds her lessons interesting and motivating and because she is enjoying them, her French is constantly improving.

Audrey provides excellent tuition - I would thoroughly recommend her. Her approach is perfect - a good balance of conversation and skills practice.
